Come and Be Transfigured!

The Teachers-Festival Liaison Council, in conjunction with the Avon Maitland District School Board, invites you to join us as we celebrate our 33rd annual Teachers’ Conference at the Stratford Shakespeare Festival.

Please note that this year’s conference occurs over a Friday and Saturday which is a departure from our usual Thursday-Friday pattern. We have made this change for a number of reasons, not the least of which is to allow teachers to attend who have in the past found it difficult to secure funding and permission to be absent from their classrooms for two consecutive school days. This change was also necessitated, in part, by some logistical challenges that presented themselves with a shortened 2014 Festival season. We appreciate your patience and understanding  and trust that our “regulars” will continue to support this wonderful professional development opportunity.
