General Registration Information
The only way to register for this conference is to do so online. Faxed or mailed in information sheets will not be accepted.
This conference always sells out quickly. To avoid disappointment, we strongly suggest you complete the online registration form in order to advance book your workshops. You will not, however, be confirmed in your workshop choices until full payment has been received. Payment can be made by credit card or Board/personal cheque.

Post-dated cheques or Board purchase orders will NOT be accepted. No refunds will be issued after October 8, 2010. ALL refunds are subject to a $30 administration fee. Lunches and conference show theatre tickets are included in your fee. Note any special needs you have on the registration form as it may not be possible to meet your requirements once the conference begins without advance notice.
The Conference registration fee is $275.00 (CDN and US), Single day $150.00 (CDN and US). All workshops are filled on a first-come first-served basis as payment is received and processed. Organizers reserve the right to limit enrollment in certain workshops based on the requests of instructors.
