The Teachers-Festival Liaison Council has selected PAYPAL as its online payment agent. You may pay for the conference using either a Visa or MasterCard credit card or through a valid PAYPAL account. The online payment procedure is 100% secure. Payments are accepted in either Canadian or American funds.
